工艺企业学涵盖相关企业在人、机遇、环境和问题处理方面的概念。通过此科系，学生们能掌握管理、技术和科技创业的知识。此科系的专业研究包括了24个科目，完全把重点放在培育学生成为真正的科技企业专才。
在此科系课程安排下，学生将参与两项科目的业务计划，一项是一般的商业合资企业，另一项则注重在于以技术学识为基础的商业合资企业。这将有助于学生们在求学的同时，能开始他们的业务。
